Displacement Maps     Retouched Photographs      Colourized Photographs

This is the Photoshop section of my portfolio. I have included several examples of work I did in Photoshop. Click on the links above to be taken to each Photoshop example on this page. Click the "Top" link to be taken back to the top of the page.

The first photoshop work I would like to show are two displacement maps The first displacement map is a picture of the Mona Lisa and a puzzle piece effect were combine. One of the puzzle pieces was removed and a dropshadow was created behind the removed puzzle piece. Shadow effects was also applied to the removed puzzle piece area. Click the View Image button to see a larger version of the Mona Lisa image. JavaScript must be enabled in order for this feature to work.

In this second displacement map a picture and a waterdrop effect were combine and shadows and highlights were added to the waterdrops. Thus creating this interesting effect. Click the View Image button to see a larger version of the Water image. JavaScript must be enabled for this feature to work.

Some of the other work I did in Photoshop is to restore a picture. The original picture was written on, stained etc and our job was to restore the picture. Another aspect of the work I did in Photoshop is a black and white photograph that I colourized. The picture is of my grandparents twenty-fifth wedding anniversary.
